Parting out an S50B30 Euro M3 motor
That's correct! A 3.0 litre Euro M3 engine with individual throttle bodies.
Cylinder #1 is damaged - therefore the block is toast. The head is ported and the intake and exhaust are a work of art. However, the dome of cylinder #1 needs to be fixed (I'll take some close up pictures).
I have parted all the remaining good engine components. Coils were purchased new last summer. The alternator was re-built last summer. Intake rubber boot is brand new, have OEM headers and also a set of Supersprints.

Definitely needs a new block. There is a hole the size of an egg through cylinder wall #1. I will give the block away to someone to use as a boat anchor.

The pistons are all out. You can have the block for free if you pick it up in South Mississauga. (send me a PM if interested)
You can see the hole in the attached pictures.
The head is a work of art - notice the nice polished intakes. The top of the dome is a bit scraped and needs some work.

Not 100% sure what let go.
The gasket is in good shape. The rod is bent and the piston grenaded. Who knows what let go first... ring, piston, rod?

Do you happen to know if the donor car was rhd or lhd? I think that the headers were made to fit either on, but can you confirm?

I have the oil filter housing with oil cooler line connections for $200.
The hydraulic belt tensioner and adjusting pulley are currently attached and can be yours for an extra $50

PM me with price for intake boot, can you verify there are no cracks in it? Also do you have the 3.5" filter while we're at it?

I replaced the intake boot last year as the old one had signs of wear near the corrugated section (not worth the risk to run an engine that way). So the rubber is a year old (on my car at least) with definitely no cracks anywhere. I may have the old one kicking around as a spare and you can have it if I find it. Both boots and 2 clamps for $50
Not sure which 3.5" filter you're asking about. If you're asking about the airfilter, I have an aftermarket one that I will keep.
