1990 e30 M3 79000km

Hi Everyone,

My e30 m3 is up for sale again. After storing it for another two years I have decided to sell the car for a number of reasons. The biggest is that I just don't have the time. I finally got around to taking the car out of storage two weeks ago. Since then I have driven it once. I am busy with my business and family and now is not the right time to have a pleasure car.

Below is a recap of my last ad with updates

I bought the car in the summer of 2002 when it had 49 000kms. Since then I have put 29000kms on the car only driving it once in a while in the summer.

The car has always been stored inside and never driven in the winter. I have taken very good care of this car.

The majority of work including oil changes have been done at Autotrend and a few things at Europa and Mtech in Brampton. I can get the receipts from them if needed. Everything that has been done to the car mechanically the past 2 to 3 years has been done at Bimmersport. Charlie and Johnny know the car. Feel free to ask them about it.

Stuff I have done to the car in the last 5 odd years are:

Air box gasket - solved rough idle problem
Oil Pan Gasket - solved small leak
Steering pump - solved noise from old unit
Alternator -
Battery
AC replaced - two summers ago, blows cold air
New tires
New exhaust

No rust.

The car does have some body work from the previous owner. Looks like the hood and passenger fender have been replaced.

The car drives very well and is really in great shape for the year.

The rims have a lot of curb rash as I bought them that way and never got them refinished.

The bad - steering wheel shakes at high speed and during hard braking. Also very small oil leak that Bimmersport has determined is timing chain tensioner.

Price is $23 000.

In this market people expect a numbers matching car for the price you are asking. The fact that the hood and fender have been replaced is affecting the value of this car.

Hi All,

I want to move this car so price drop to $21000 obo.

This car has been in an accident but it is a very nice example for someone that wants an e30 m3 driver.

I think interior and engine pic's would help the sale, and the usual rust areas, front windshield,wheels wells,trunk,sunroof etc. I'm in the market for a m3 either black or white. gl.

I apologize to the OP for my comments.

On the positive side, the car does have very low mileage and it is probably the most popular color. Someone should buy it and throw my Hartge wheels on it and you'd be turning heads

Some body panels being replaced really kills the car.
A car like this, with these low kms should be all original untouched.

Try ebay with a reserve. Hopeully someone in the U.S or Western Canada would buy it. but the U.S market is in really poor shape right now.

The car you are taking about has over 200k miles. I know it has a rebuilt 2.5l engine but it is also branded.

Ya, it sure does.
Sorry about that! i thought it had lower miles when i saw it weeks ago.

... what's the deal with the branding? that mean it was a write off from that accident or something? not familiar with that.
