I believe when you ordered your car from bmw; they would send it out to Hartge to get the upgrades done. Then sent back to bmw like they do with the Alpina models.

It's real, seen it, touched, peeked at this car many many times as i know the car's owner...good guy. He also has a pretty clean e28 535i turbo he wants to sell as well

Can anyone post up any pics of this car ? The ad is no longer live and a friend of mine has one of these in the UK.
I understand that only 7 were made and I know of three left, including the one referred to in this thread. Hartge in Germany are not the best at giving out info on these old beauties.
