I didn't do anything like this when i had my non-m, but for my M3 parts are cheaper in the states, i got mine from turnermotorsports. But ecstunning had good prices too. Try looking at their prices.
But for non-m car prices shouldn't be bad.
Try bimmerspecialist.ca (something like that) and autopartsway they have good prices
and also GERMANPARTS.CA is local with good prices
