Nice bike - why is it deemed branded? Was the frame repaired?

Bike was bought with a salvage title.

ProStar motorsports put the bike together, they are a very reputable race bike builder. Most of the time race/track bikes are salvage titles bikes since the bike will never see street again so it doesn't matter about the branded title, but many of the times salvage title bikes are simply body work that was damaged or other very minor things and the insurance companies write them off. Builders or people than buy these pristine road bikes and make them track/race bikes for much cheaper than converting a non salvage road bike to the track. Hence track/race bikes even fully loaded with all the goodies like mine don't command a high price.

What's the difference? I thought to "brand" a title it means it's either salvage, irreparable, or rebuilt
