How to spot Sport Package (330i/xi)

From what I've read, the Sports Package included stiffer suspension:
From BimmerFest e46 wiki page: "Sport suspension calibration (stiffer springs/shocks). Note that 2001 and up 330i sedans got the sport suspension as standard equipment that all Coupes recieved."

That last part: are they saying that every 330i (xi too?) from 2001 onwards had the Sports Suspension?

Also, there's apparently a 3-spoke steering wheel, but what did the other steering wheel look like?

the other steering wheel is the M-sport wheel.
Then there is the regular 4 spoke steering wheel.

If you're wondering if the car in the add is a true "sport model" then the answer is yes. It has the sport seats and the sport model steering wheel. Looks like a nice one by the way.
