Not just pics, but ANY details; tire size, condition; model of HREs, widths, offsets - ANYTHING that would give even the slightest clue to an interested party. 
The only thing more vague would have been, "Hey guys I have wheels for sale msg me okay bye."

Think only the tires are new; wheels themselves are used, but in "good condition".

It was a joke since it has to be the most vague ad anyone has ever posted. I would possibly be interested too if there was more info, but he might as well have posted something along the lines of:
"car for sale, good condition, 20g's"
Not to mention this user also just sold an M3 in less than 12 hours yesterday (sunday, when a transportation ministry is closed) at a ridiculous price, so who knows if these wheels even exist
