Back in highschool (a loooooong time ago), there was a guy who would sat at the corner of the street in his car checking out the young ones.
How do I know him? He just so happened to be my neighbour at the time and his son was in elementary school about 4 blocks away so you know he wasn't there to pick him up. There are plenty of sketchy people out there.
