It is definitely not the same car that was for sale before with frame damage!!! He will respond in a couple mins to go take a look I'm sure.
I was actually in the car during the second accident.

So the car has been in two accidents. This war originally withheld in the Kijiji ad.
One of which was 12000 in parts. Still, buyer's should be very careful, despite this being, quite possibly, the sickest M5 combination to come out of Germany...

The accidents were never withheld in the kijiji add, you must not have read it thoroughly. The people on the m5 forum were worried about another m5 similar to this which was posted a year ago with a similar accident history. This car was never listed before the current kijiji post.
Both of the accidents happened at parking lot speeds, but you can imagine how quickly m5 parts add up. He has all of the receipts for all of the parts replaced and the work done for both of the accidents.
There is already tons of interest in the car, I know one guy has already has already offered the full 20k having had it inspected, so pending higher offers this car is sold.

A friend cracked the front bumper parking with a curb in front, bottom went over the curb and voila. Both front foglight had cracked glass from stonechips so he had those replaced as well on his '02 530 M-package (has the M5 front bumper). Repair bill was $3.5k (they replaced the front bumper cover, grilles, foglights, stock bottom lip, new mouldings, as well as the belly pan, painting and R&R). If you add a headlight to that that's another $1k each.
Repaired with new parts this gets really, really expensive.

Don't get me wrong, the car is gorgeous, that is why even with two accidents its fetching full price.
Despite a promise to myself to never buy an accident car again (I owned a truck in the past), I probably would have bought it on the spot.
I hope a Max member gets it so I can see it in real life.

Buddy who was my roommate isn't driving anything for the next couple years. I'm still driving the m3 but the garage just isn't the same without the m3 m5 lineup....
