WTB: Winter Wheels and Tires for E46 M3

Hey All,

I'm looking for a CHEAP set of winter wheels and tires that will fit my E46 M3. I'd like to try and keep the price at around $500, but don't hesitate to throw down anything more. I will definitely consider.

Thanks!!

I actually have a set of 235/55/R17's that came off my wifes X3. (ran then two seasons) They are Arctic Claw tires on steelies (deep wheels to clear those BMW brakes)

Don't know if the sizing works, but it may. You probably have a lower wider tire for summer so these may work.

Let me know.

I believe it's a 5x120 bolt pattern. As long as the sidewall height is within specs for your vehicle they may work. There are online apps out there to check that.

They are only 235mm wide so rubbing should not be an issue.

I feel like those might work. I'm actually in Dallas right now for work, but I'll be back oct. 27 so maybe that weekend we can see if they'll fit?

P.S. - how much are you looking to get for those?

Cheers!

I have a set of 17" BBS RX rims with Hankook Icebear snows. I have to measure the tread depth, but there should still be at least one season left on them. The offsets are for standard E46 (not staggered), but I also have a set of spacers that bring out the rears and there's no problems clearing the brakes on my E46 M3. Would like to get $800, but flexible depending on what I can find in as set of 18" snows for my stock rims.
