Lightbulb I need someone to sand by headlights

I tried to do this myself two years ago, the wetsanding is the easy part, but with no experience with a buffer, and a crappy buffer from CanadianTire, I took out the stone chips but made the whole thing foggier.

I'm looking to find someone who has done this many times and can make them come out brand new. Because I have a facelift e46 coupe, I cannot purchase lenses so I'm kind of stuck... to add to the dilemma I have adaptive headlights, so each headlight is $1500.

My idea is to have them restored and then protect them with the Bimmian clear film.

If you're interested let me know how much you would charge and what kind of experience you have and we'll go from there. My car budget is busted for this month , so this will have to wait until October.

Where's the OCD detailing guy now-a-days??

my recommendation is to use a polishing compound and a variable speed polisher with a medium cut foam pad. I have had great success with this combination on getting the 'fog' out of my lamin-x filmed headlights. if you want you can drop by my place and we can give it a go. although i'll say this, i wont be responsible for any damage or if it doesnt work on your particular headlight. my charge is free.
