In the summer/track use
LL-01: Motul 5w40 (forgot the line, not all are LL-01 approved)
Winter:
LL-98: Castrol 5W40
The Motul is really good, no lifter ticking after hard driving, with the Castrol after hard driving I can hear them tick for a little while.

If you want Motul oil let me know what you want, I have wicked prices on it, buy a case of 4 5liter jugs and it works out to $45 with tax per jug.
Personally I run 15w50 Motul syn in the car summer and 5w50 or 10/5w40 winter

LL-98 or LL-01. Viscosity grades are irrelevant.

Full base IV synthetic with an excellent additive package. Haven't heard anything bad about using it, so far so good (change it every 8k).
