Thanks for all the replies. At least I can tell the mechanics where to look for potential defects as they're usually not too aggressive themselves.

Regarding potential repair shops, I was hoping to get more feedback on BMW's own service providers, such as Town + Country, BMW Toronto or Parkview. I'm currently on a 5 year warranty with a company called Coverage One and since BMW dealers sell their products, it's usually easier to deal with them for potential claims.

Is Town + Country the best of the bunch in the GTA for service? Is there a particular adviser and/or mechanic I should ask for? At Autohaus I usually went for the one adviser who actually understood the mechanics but unfortunately he left the place and I'm not going back either. Please advise me on the best adviser/s and mechanic/s at T+C based on your experience.

Thanks again,

May be too far out of your way but I'm happy with the service at Budds.
