Sun Feb 22: Best Ontario Roads Driving Adventure

Sun Feb 22: Best Ontario Roads Driving Adventure

We really can't call it a cruise, it's so much more

we've scoured the province for the best roads.......

the curviest, adrenaline pumping roads know to man

and are bringing them to you for your enjoyment

from super curvy paved roads for your prized bmw, or crazy narrow "mountain roads" for your fire breathing subaru rally car
we know every kind of road imaginable

from sault st marie to the quebec border.........

from the forests north of toronto to the wilds north of north bay!

it took us 10 years

thousands of kms later, we know every road there is to know

using topographic maps and aerial maps, we've cataloged them all

scenic, technical or fast and flowing, narrow or double wide, flat or up to 500' of elevation changes....

and along the way, we've experienced some amazing things:

like parking your car in the middle of ontario's version of the hoover dam in the middle of no where, what a site looking 300' down into a churning cauldron of frothing water

to getting transported across the ottawa river on a private barge not much longer than your car, you think you've been transported back in time to the yukon gold rush

the barge gets you closer, to the guy in quebec, who uses his pet moose to haul logs out of the forest just like they use elephants to haul logs in india

or the prefect circle made by a meteor crashing into a northern forest. trappers and the hudsons bay trading posts were around 400 years and nobody noticed

it wasn't till the increased use of aircraft about 50 years that someone noticed this unusual formation. Apparantly, the crash of the meteor was so hot, it melted the first 100' of the canadian shield into molten rock.......

or the highway of death ...

probably the haunt of a pyshco wolf pack, we've seen 4 moose carcasses in this short 1 km section of road????

one time we came around a corner and saw a moose carcass totally covered with turkey vultures, ribs already bare
in the morning sun, like a scene straight out of national geographic

you can't experience these roads and the adventure without getting off the couch

so come join us and start the adventure of a lifetime

when: sun feb 22

time: 11:00 am

come check us out, stop in for 5 minutes to say hi, stay for a free pizza lunch or join our afternoon cruise

cruise leaves: 12:30 pm

return to toronto: approx 6pm

location: 75 disco road, near the airport

to get a taste of world class touring, visit edelweiss bike.com, these guys are the best in the business, they only do motorcycle tours but
it'll give you a taste of what it's like.

from retracing the silk road to china, to driving through the dolomites in italy, to monaco's famous col de turini, these are the best roads in the world

want the ultimate road trip? join their 5 continent, 1 yr tour !!!!

see you there!!
