ImportExpo Time Attack Photos - Mosport DDT

This past Sunday I went to checkout the Time Attack at Mosport DDT, took a few pictures as there were a few interesting cars there. Unfortunately I could stay to see the results, if you know who the winners were let me know.

LoL, yea i think there was some drifting going on and someone went off the track. That Volvo was killing it around the track, going pretty fast and getting some good angles.

In terms of quality there was definitely some serious competitors, FWD classes were loaded with cars, some fully gutted with cages and slicks. I'm pretty sure some FWD cars were setting faster times than most of the RWD guys. Overall it was a good event with decent turn out, it's not your boring lapping day, there is more going on. (BBQ, Music, Drifting, promoting, i think there were 2 Sailun models going around doing survey's, etc)

Yea i saw that too, same with the ITR guy sticking his head in the wheel well. I assume he thinks the wheel he has under the rocker will save him if the Jack gives way.

The day was very well organized. But, CSCS time attacks have the badass live timing monitors where you can keep track of your competitors and see your times throughout the day. None of that at Importexpo and it's sorely missed IMO. Still, we'll be back competing again next time.
