massive e34 power steering leak. common?

Looks like I am leaking lots of fluid (whole ps reservoir tank drains in a week). i cant tell where its coming from, but hoses leading from the steering box are all massively wet. What's going on? SHould I replace all hoses?

Could it also be the pump or steering box? I hope not..

Im not driving the car so ill post some pics tomorrow

It could be the hoses or the rack they are all common for leaks you should get someone to check it out unless you like replacing stuff for fun.

Start with the bottom of the ps reservoir, make sure the clamps are tight and that's not causing it. Then wipe all the hoses off and try to see if the hose is leaking. It's common to leak at the joint. Then if it's not that check the ends of the rack, you'll need to remove the rubber boots, if it's leaking from there your rack needs a rebuild.

e34 doesn't have a rack usually, has a p.s box, center drag link and tie rods. Usually the power steering fluids leaks from the cooling line. Check that.
