Spacers & Bolts- Need advice
Hey Guys,
I’m running 6 mm spacers on the front wheels ( 2003 320i ); I used two 3 mm spacers since my local tire shop only had these. Should I still buy longer bolts or will my stock bolts still be safe?

You should just replace them for peace of mind. Otherwise, if someone tells you they are safe, you will always still have this doubt in your mind.

If you decide to get longer bolts, I happen to have 10 brand new black bolts that will be perfect for your application. PM me if interested.

Adrian, it depends on the wheel so no one can really say for sure. Count how many full turns you can get before reaching proper torque spec. 6.5 is safe.

^^I agree with jay. I ran 5mm spacers and i was not comfortable with with the stock length bolts (althouth they did thread). I got longer bolts.

+1 get new bolts, its not that expensive, plus you can buy 4 permanent lugs so you don't have to hold your wheels up when puttin em on.

I went to kipling tire for mine I think I paid 25-30 bucks, also having 1 stud on each hub is a bonus if you remove rims often
