3 Series FS: 2007 BMW 335i coupe w/cpo warranty

Hey guys, trying this again. Last time I couldn't bring myself to do it but we're moving north of the city so I need AWD. SOOOO selling the car. Here are details.

1 owner, no accidents (not even small ones, all original paint). Sparkling graphite on black, aluminum trim.

2007 335i coupe (e92), ~73k km options/includes are:

Automatic Transmission
Navigation Package
Logic7
Sport Package
Comfort Access
Bastuck exhaust (installed by RMP)
aluminum pedals
m3 lip spoilder
35% tint
new tires (installed april 2011)
new brakes (pads and rotors)

The car also has the balance of a CPO warranty (including full roadside, etc), until Dec 2012 or 160k km.

I have all service records, the car has had *zero* warranty issues, just regular maintenance.

Price reduced to 30k. Remember this car has a cpo warranty (through BMW, not third party), which includes roadside assistance. Also new brakes, new tires, and suspension with less than 6k on it.

I actually have winter rubber and drove it in the city in the winter. I am moving north, though, way into the snow belt on a dirt road. I've seen it up there in the winter and there is no chance with this car. If there was I'd keep it for sure, it's the best car I've ever owner.

I bought a used FJ cruiser for gettin' around.

The road I will be living on is a nightmare in the spring, massive sinkholes until they gravel it. My poor 3 series would get lost in one, I'd need to find it with a magnet.
