if its in the US then he'll sue for being stressed out by the situation & that he had an deep emotional attachment to his car that may no longer be reconciled unless he receives a few million for his pain and suffering. wouldn't be surprised.

He can sue all he wants. As there is evidence of where he parked and there simply is no excuse on doing so i highly doubt he will get a penny let alone win!

I see you've never heard about the outrageous lawsuits people file and win in the US.

For a guy that wouldnt spent a quarter for parking i doubt he can afford the required lawyer fees! And as i said he has nothing to argue!

what lawyer fees? they take a percentage of your winnings and $0 if they lose. that's why for example in the US thieves breaking into your house can sue you (and win) for hurting themselves on your property while trying to break into you house to steal your things. ex. slip off your roof, fall off your rotting fence, get bit by your dog....

I still never understood why someone could turn around and sue for something like that. And it does happen. I'm in Canada where are laws are a little more strict, unless you kill someone then you're gonna get like 2 years in jail lol.

IDK, me thinks from what the police officer said "now the alarm goes off" indicates to me the car was stolen and left there.
