Steel colored center part is that wheel or brake disc?

It's a 4x100 --> 5x205 PCD adapter.

Wow wow... So these are staggered wheels too? And custom made adapters? Are you sure the steel is strong enough. How does this work?? Please tell!

You know what I would do. I would paint all of those bolts gloss red, or gold, I dont know..sick sick stuff. I wanna see this in person so bad

Gold bolts would look unreal -- seriously. I'm on it!

The setup has a mild stagger. Front wheels are 7.5" wide with 195/50s while the rears are 8" with 205/50s. The adapter plates are 1/2" steel and the car's only seeing weekend mileage right now, so I'm not too worried about shenanigans.
