Stock car deck problem

Hi, so here is the problem. My stock car deck in my 2001 bmw 325ci is not working properly. When i use original store bought cd's it reads them perfectly. But, when i use cd's that i burn at home it starts skipping tracks, and losses quality in the sound. So, i have no clue what the problem could be. Thanks for the help.

Burn them at a slower speed. If you have the time, burn them as slow as possible, ie: 2x or 4x

oh really. thanx for the info. i was burning at speeds of 8x, but i will try that. thnks for the help
