lowering vert this weekend

I want to do this right, and not cut corners.

springs i'm using are neuspeed yellows, lowers 1.3" (roughly) read and 1.5" up front.

I have KYB GR2's all around.
I will not be replacing my shocks as they are less than 1yr old.

what bushings can I replace while i'm tearing this all apart, and what's recomended?

Upper strut mounts. For rear, use e46 m3 mounts. Direct fit and are stronger.

since the car is going to ride stiffer and harder you may want to change your rear subframe bushings as well. the ones near the rear jack point.

4 Ball joints, 4 sway bar links, 2 tie rods, Lcabs. Upper front strut bearings should be fine. Spray the crap out of them with brake cleaner and re-apply grease. Rear upper strut mounts for sure. You could even use Z3 reinforcment plates just for fuh-raze points. Rear subfame is up to you.
