I'll try to make this long story short...

So I took my wifes Mazda 3 to Agincourt Mazda... Ended up paying $106+tax for them to diagnose the check engine light - already felt ripped off

I hate dealerships.
So the following day I had a shorted MAF wire replaced:
INVOICE:
Labour $119
Parts $14.79
Total with Tax - $151.42
Everything was fine, I paid and left with a reciept for payment in full of the $151.42
TODAY, ONE WEEK LATER... MY WIFE GETS A CALL FROM A SERVICE EMPLOYEE WHO WANTED HER TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $11.47 BECAUSE HE HAD PUT IN THE WRONG NUMBERS ON THE INVOICE.
After establishing that this wasn't a joke, she pulled up the invoice and explained to the employee that it was all in writing and that we wearn't going to be paying. The employee got very irritated and stated he would just pay the difference out of his paycheque.
We called back and spoke to the manager of the service department who requested that we fax or drive all the way down to the dealership and show him proof of the invoice.
Needless to say we refused to pay the additional $11 and expressed our concern re: the way the dealership was handling their $11 error
I still can't believe this LOL.

Has anyone ever had this experience with a dealership?
