ZHP or Bilstein Sports?

Good morning all. Quick q: I'm looking at getting new dampers for the touring, and was wondering if I should get the ZHP package, or Bilstein sport + H&R sport springs.
Thoughts?

The bilstein HD was a tad rough, not sure about the sports. For just driving around I'd prefer something softer. If you don't want to drop your car get suplex OEM height springs
