Child Seats - 335i Coupe

Hi Folks,

I have been having great difficulty finding a child seat that will sit well in the back of my 335i coupe.

Wondering if anyone can point me to a good fitting car seat for a 22lb+ child. Tried a couple of the Eddie Bauer seats (with 5 point harness) and they just don't seem to fit in the coupe's rears seats well. I was unable to secure them to prohibit no more than 1 inch of movement.

Everything I find on the e90 forums points to Recaro seats but unfortunately they do not currently pass Canadian safety regulations.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Adam

Although I have yet to install my monster britax in my 335xi sedan, we purchased an infant seat from moms to be and more on bayview and they sent us to
http://www.carseatinstallationexperts.com/

for the install and they used some tricks like adding some foam at the base for a better fit.

They might know which brand will fit your coupe.

+1 to all of that - and do tip those guys if you like the service. After thinking about exactly what they are doing for you, I was very pleased to tip them. (I wathced from a lawn chair as two huge guys huffed and puffed to properly secure a Britax seat in the back of my E30. Coupe.
