They should.

I've had a friend's F01 wheels on my E38 and they fit with no issues, and know that E65 stock wheels wheels fit the E38 with no issues as well.

Ok yeah i heard there might be an issue with hub sizing due to the fact that my car is the awd version. But there are no issues with offsets or anything?

If you have AWD, the hub should still be the same, but the offsets of the wheels will be different.

Check what offsets your vehicle can take, and then look at wheels with similar sizing.
