The E39 parallels are the same width/offset as the staggered 18" style 5s that a few people are running, if I'm not mistaken. So the short answer is yes, but you're gonna have to do fender work and run a pretty crazy stretch. I test fitted my set and the rears were way out past the (stock) arches.
