oh i totally forgot.
I saw an unmarked...
DODGE RAM! dark blue. crazy tint pull over a car at 403/dundas. They were Halton cops.
dudes who got out were not traffic cops. almost etf/drug guys or something. it was strange. they were talking to the driver ..and as I left I saw a normal cop come roaring down the road and go to them. almost like those guys just pulled over that car and radioed it in...and then a normal traffic cop had to come by since id imagine they cant write you any tickets. fawked up shit!

I see the same situations going on around here. Last week this bike gets pulled over by another grand prix. Cop went up , got insurance and what not from driver. than sat there and waiting for a marked car to show up. handed over paper work, and left.

That's the easiest way in the world to have a ticket thrown out in court. When you cross the cop who wrote you the ticket, ask them if they saw you commit the offence. As soon as they say no move to dismiss on grounds of lack of evidence. They can't go by what the other cop told them, that's heresay.
