They have Tahoe's that are champagne and i recall seeing a black-out neon pulling people over

Mississauga has two astro minivans...one is black and looks like a painters van with a ladder rack on the roof...the other one is the puke brown colour.

There is also a black Toyota Highlander in sauga.

They had 1 Si that was marked that went around Ontario yrs ago. It was more of a promotional tool ...at least thats how I saw it typically used in the area.
