735Li E66 Water getting in FNS passenger footwell

Hi All, New member here from UK. I have a 735Li E66 with rainwater getting to the front passenger carpet. Most popular opinion is that the drainage channel from the scuttle where the microfilters are located is blocked. I have removed both filters but can't see where the drainage point or points are. Can anybody help please? If I could locate where the scuttle drains to under the car or under the wings I could reverse clean with an air jet.

I have never seen the E66, however its possible, i know of similar cars where water wasn’t draining that would drop through the fan from outside making that are wet.

Is this when it rains or in summer?
