Damn this is in Tallinn, Estonia(where I am from)
The funniest part they race at the same place where they meet.
Like we had 16th and Woodbine. They race at the same street and at the same plaza.
Racin there is every Friday in any weather

Noone give a sh*t about cops, you can pay him like 10$ bucks and he is gone. Also you can run from cop, THEY EVEN like it.
And the funniest thing that this is the main street in town.
Damn I'm going there for sure this summer.
I'm 99.9% sure that on the exact 2nd minute my friends LADA.
e30 is the most popular car there. They are like civics here.
