Hi there,

Here is the whole story

April 29th:
Had to swerve away from an oncoming a car and hit the sidewalk curb by one inch (right at the corner where it curves) Basically wrecked my passenger front mag and tires and a little of the suspension
May 06th
According to me minor damage but according to my insurance because they do not want to pay for the fix. They want to declare it a total loss and give me the cash.
I replaced the right front mag and the car can be driven but not for long distances.
Basically they give me two options.
1) Get the whole cask payout
2) Cash minus a certain amount of money to keep my car but I cannot drive it anymore until all repairs are done and the car is re-inspected

So for the amount I need to give up to keep the car, I find it worthwhile to sell it “as-is” to someone who needs the car for a:
1) Project
2) Fort the various parts, (engine , transmission, leather interior etc….)

The car works. Everything works on the car

You still did not tell the WHOLE story!

- How much did the insurance estimate it will cost to fix? (just gives people an idea what they think)

- what is damaged?

- how much do you want for it?

Basically they told me it will cost $4,500.00 to repair

But my mechanic said it should cost about $2,500.00

Looks like it has been sold

A deposit was given to me for the full $3,000.00

Many called and emailed but only 3 guys had the guts to do something about it.
