Cool videos Barrie!

It's cool to see how fast the trees are going by from inside the car. You're so focused on the track that you don't notice.

It's fun to see the changing gap between Klaus and I over those consecutive laps.

Man that was a fun day.

The car is awesome - engine (Barrie did a kick-a$$ job with the tune), suspension, balance.... the biggest thing that would make me faster now is to get rid of my street tires and get some R-compound rubber on there!

Jamie your car was sweet too - HUGE progress in one day - congrats!

Thanks man! I'm just trying to keep up with that 325, er 330 of yours. Lot's of work ahead.

I'm glad to hear your ballance was much better. I should have your spacers back in Carp tonight so hopefully those don't throw things off again. I had some consistent mid-corner understeer, though I'm getting a pair of M3 upper strut mounts so hopefully I'll be able to get close to -4 degrees of front camber for more grip.

yeah that's kindof the way my car was handling too - great turn in, but a bit of understeer mid-corner. I think for this weekend I may soften my front bar completely to get the tail really happy.

Oh and I will have a special go-fast surprise for this weekend too.... muhaha

OMGZ so awesome. I SO want to go back to CB. I like your lines! You take a few corners different than my instructor had me taking them, but generally your driving is the same "feel" as I have so the laps are mesmerizing!

How fast are you getting up to on Rocky Road at 3:20 in the vid?

Aero, there is an app that displays gforces and GPS map data overlaying video for the iPhone. You should check it out!

Thanks for the compliments! I'm getting up right around 200

You should definitely come out. I'm going to Shannonville on monday - I haven't been there in a few years, so we'll see how it goes!

I love watching this stuff. I remember hitting just over 200 at the end of Rocky road and when I hit the brakes, the car went all squirelly and the ABS kicked in like crazy. Watching your videos, it seems soo....drama free.
