Wheel locks are a waste of time and money. Any half decent thief has the uni tool that works on all wheel locks. False sense of security is all it is, and it stops the kids that don't have the unitool.....

well, it must be someone living in the buildings, or at least someone who has ties to the actual thief.. you cant get under ground unless you have a scanner key. So possibilities are the guy lives in the same area or there buddies stole it. talk to the land lord.

Sorry man.. thats bull shit =\

My question is. In an underground parking lot, why did no one see this? My parking lot has security that rolls in and out throughout the night and people can see the parking lot during the day. Next door they have underground parking and people are in and out all day and night. Someone had to of seen this happen when you have close to 300 rooms for rent just in my 9 story building.
