e34 525i performance help

whats up all
well i heard that i can do some mods on my 525 to build more power but i would rather get this info from you guys, that well know what you are doing
also i know i can never make crazy power from my 525 but i have it and im not going to buy an m5 yet and i don't want to do a motor swap so if there are any suggestions please let me know!
also specifically what intake manifold can i upgrade to? i am not too sure if i can use one from a 535
any help is appreciated

Intake won't help you much. They do sound nice though. Is this an M20 or M50? You can't go wrong with a chip in either case.

dude, forget about the intake manifold, totally different engine family. M20 or M50 engine??

ive got the m50 engine and i know the intake wont help anything but it does make this beast purr LOL
