Dr. Colorchip review
So most of you probably can't tell from pictures but the front of my E36 has quite a massive amount of stone chips. I already decided getting the front end painted is a waste of money because it'll just look the same after 2 years anyway.
So I decided to order Dr. Colorchip after reading some great reviews. Tonight I just gave the nosepanel a shot and wow what a difference. I only applied 1 coat so far.
I'm going to tackle the bumper and front of the hood tomorrow. Then depending on the amount of paint left, do a second coat.

Looks good. Any close up pictures? Is it level with the rest of the paint surrounding it or can you still see that it is below ?

judging by the youtube video it still looks like its below but its still worth it. I wish they would've used a color match or dark primer for the darker colored cars... It sucks having a stone chip and seeing white behind a nice dark paint job.

Yeah if you look really closely you can tell the chip isn't "filled"
You need need to be pretty damn close to tell. I'm talking your face right in front of the chip lol.
I still need to find some time to get the bumper and what not done.

it does look very good. I wonder how resistant it'll be from future road rash.

Did you buy the $39 kit or the $59 kit?
They rip you off on shipping $18 to Canada, plus we'll probably get dinged with taxes/duties.
