1994 325is convertible

Hey everyone, this is my first BMW, ive owned honda's my whole life and thought i would switch it up, i know absolutly ZERO about performance parts and would like to get some help from the people on this site, im going to be purchasing an exhaust system and cold air intake for the car but have no clue who to go to or what to pay for them, if you guys can help me out that would be really greatful, ill buy u a coffee and give u a free tim's donut coupon that i just recently won

so here's a a small problem that i think i have, when i put the gas pedal to the floor the rpm's seem to slip, it wouldn't be a consistant climb on the gauge, it would studder and slip as it accelerates, it still drives fin, just feels like a clucth slipping but its the rpms...diagnoses?

?? That is the clutch. The rpms do go up when the clutch slips.
