Question place for paint job/buff out???

Hey people,

"proud" to say that i scuffed my beautiful 335i cab today and i want it gone ASAP!! lol. Anyways, i'm just looking to see if anyone knows a good place that does really good work for obvious spots on the car (front bumber ). My car is monaco blue, so everything shows and i need some suggestions for the toronto area please!

Is it a surface scuff or did the paint get scratched (run your finger nail towards the scratch. If it catches then it's in the paint). Surface (clear coat) can be buffed. Paint scratch can be to a certain level. If too deep then it'll need more work to make it look perfect.
