I had one done last year (tooth #3) with a bone graft and the price was around $3500 (have to check the exact price). The complete process took around 4 visits and a year to complete. Unless you are in your 70's or 80's you should consider an implant.

If you decide to go with an implant, you should go to a specialist, not a regular dentist who is also doing implants. I went to a specialist for the bone graft, she also installed the metal screw. Then my dentist installed the actual tooth.
