I was told it's a bitch but it was easy to do. The only hard part could have been removing the old cable from the firewall. If you try to save it, then you need to compress the plastic clip that holds it in-place and push it through the hole. But I just took a big screwdriver and shoved it through the hole from the inside. The flaps bent back, I got one through the hole, then it popped through sideways. The new one just clips in.
