Rear Window Leaking

Hi folks! So i have my car leaking water into my cd compartment area when it rains. Mechanic told me my sunroof drains are working fine. But when he ran the water on the rear windshield the water was dripping in that trunk cd compartment again. Now nothing is dripping inside my actual car which seems odd. Now what do i do?
Anyone have this problem in the past? I dont want to put a ton of sealent all around the rear window and then looks like crap. And then might not even fix this problem! Any help right now would be super guys! Thx so much.

Hopefully fixed the problem!! Okay so you know where the trunk latches are thats connected to the body of the car. Well further along thats hatch towards the windshield, there was a 1 cm crack on the actual body. It looks like its where the seems of the original metal were folded ! So tiny of a hole, not sure how it got there but water was deffinetly coming in from there and into my cd changer thats now toast!!!!!!!! I sealed the tiny crack with the window instalation black stuff at my local window shop.

YIKES! Just thought id share this info if anyone has some kind of problem in the future.
