Frozen window. How to reinitialize?

My 94 coupe doors were frozen closed this morning, I strongarmed them open, but now Im having a problem with the passenger side window.

When I finally got the door open, I noticed that the window didn't drop the 1/2" it usually does when the latch pops.

The window goes up and down normally, and the one touch works fine, but it doesn't seem to know where the top is.

When I open the door, it actually goes up a little and jams the door.
I disconnected the battery and cycled the windows, up, down, and held the buttons in both positions, but it still doesn't work right.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

micro switch/sensor is likely frozen if there is one, and doesn't know the door is shut. Get it to an underground and let the car thaw and then see if it works.

Wouldn't that have kept your interior lights on too?

Apparently not.
My battery wasn't dead, and it was -16 that night... I'll bet if the lights stayed on, there is a timer that shuts them off regardless...

Either way, I think the switch, (right behind the door latch pin), is just for the window to pop open..... and it was definitely the problem.

not true. Yours should have timed lights (my 98 does)
