Want to see this E46, but want some advice

Hey everyone, I've been looking into getting a 04/05 E46 330i or ci and I've just found this one that I might be interest in since I do have a preference for 4drs.

Can anyone shed some light on the car and let me know if this really is a ZHP from the pictures (if possible) and what I should look into other than the standard stuff.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm ready to move to the E46s.

Thank you in advance,

1998 318is / Arktic silber - SOLD @ 207,000km
2007 335i / Jet Black - CURRENT @ 28,000 km
