Do you find the sub pops, very easily? 'popping' when it shouldn't be popping? Could it be too much voltage going to the internal amp?
Not bad for $20 I must say. thanks for the heads up propr'one!!

I just bought an 08 323i so that means 6 speaker stereo (no sub). I still have this sub sitting in the box. It should be a decent supplement to the factory audio for $30.
Someone out there must have added a small sub to their 323i. Does the BMW factory audio have the RCA jacks for a sub in the back? I know my old JVC in my Nissan does.

^^i would be very, very surprised if it did. Get a crossover. I'd really recommend investing a little more money and getting a proper sub/amp combo if this is for a high end car that you plan on keeping for a while.

Ya, I think it needs the crossover too (easier install anyway). I already have this amp/sub so I'll install it. If it sounds like crap or I blow it up I will just swap in a better amp/sub but all the wiring will be done so nothing to lose.
A few of the guys have said it sounds alright and all I'm looking to do is supplement the factory system anyway.

VSanj, I'm going to install exactly as you did...firing into the floor on the rear right with the port for air forward.
Where did you hook up the remote lead to?

Finally installed this thing. It's sitting width-ways on the trunk floor behind the rear seats (since they don't fold anyway). It's a perfect supplement to the factory system. Just fills in the sucky bottom end sound. You actually get vibes thru the seats now at low volume. Throw on some 50cent and it thumps pretty good. My 14yr old son thinks it hilarious...47yr old white guy rolling all G...lol.

Driving it is fun and it handles great, reliability is a different story ( the dodge knockdown kits differ hardcore on quality)
