You can have the speed limiter removed on any of the biturbo cars, just have to know where to take it.

They are normally limited to 155 mph or about 248 km/h

boost + 2.93 diff = problem solved
edit: theoretically with a 3.73 diff on 205/55-15 tires at redline (6200rpm) you'd be going 235km/h and with a 2.93 you'd be going 299km/h.
I think it would be possible to hit redline in 5th. I've only ventured to ~190km/h with my car and it was still pulling decently enough. No way I actually want to try though lol.

I hit an indicated 230~ with my car going down a hill once waayyyyy back when with the stock motor. Was a tad over 6k in 5th, and just wasn't going anymore. That was with 195/60/14s... No redline for me
