zionville radiator is it bullet proof when it comes to reliability?
The price is a 1000$ but haveing a bullet proof vest in front of your engine i think is worth the price i cannnot wait to get my hands on the "hd" version.

I have the Zionsville and it is worth every cent!

Lifetime warranty alone is worth it.

If you go OEM, you are paying $160-$200 but you will be changing it every two years. Why not get the Zionsville and have the piece of mind that comes with it?

I say if you can afford the Zionsville, definitely do it!

Yeah that... or you'll be replacing it every 10 years when it actually goes bad.

From my knowledge m62 engines are known for upper radiator hose leakage or just bursting while driveing wouldnt the zionsville radiator eliminate this problem or am i missing something?

Yes it would eliminate this problem.

I went ahead and got the entire kit, deleted the fan and fan clutch and moved to an electric fan just so that 'known' problem could be avoided.

at the same time ya gain hp and torque because the engine doesnt loose momentum powering the fan and clutch...
