Problem of the day - wiper washer fluid empty

This is now the second e46 I've had that when I pour in a bottle of washer fluid Its magically gone after 1 hour. Is there a hole in the reservoirs are they faulty or is there some hose that is the culprit. I cant be the only person with this issue as this is now my second car to do this and I've sold both to ex girlfriends and they are both complaining to me about it lol

Does your car have the headlight washer nozzles? The plastic mechanism that's under the headlight used to leak on mine all the time.

Also most likely one of the twp pumps is leaking. Easiest DIY in the world - check e46fanatics for the how-to.

remove the pump closest to the front of the car, jam a wheel bolt in there. throw out old pump. problem solved!
