For my 1990 325i

-install rear speakers
-fix pass side and trunk locks so they turn with the key

For my 85

-get rid of the magnaflow muffler, put a borla on it
-get a front bumper for it
-paint the car
-rims for my new (to me) tires. Anyone got some 16x9s for sale?
-turbo? we'll see
-2.93 diff, the 3.46 in there now will be too short if the above comes true

Like Scott, most people know my car, and what has been done so far, which isn't much, but modifying it one step at a time. So I'll save you from that part.

2011 hopefulls:

Buy Minivan tow vehicle and dd
complete Gut, (keep it within the guidelines of regional racing)
Toyo RA1's
Kosei K1 exact fit 15"s
Adjustable Coilover suspension
That's probably more than the budget can handle for 2011 but thats the hopeful list! LOL.

88 325i turbo

- lots of stuff done

To do before May 1:

- install BBK
- install rear camber / toe correction kit on rear subframe (ugh)
- install Mishimoto rad
- investigate difficult to shift transmission (ugh)
- remove interior, remove tar, replace interior.

Shouldn't be too bad, but I have to build an entire finished basement and convert my bike to a streetfighter / cafe before then, so, I'm busy.

Pic whore time!

1984 318I coupe.
Hennarot.
all stock and original with 137,000km on the clock.

Going to finish my M50 swap, hopefully drive the car for the first time in the 3 years I've owned the car.

Then paint, new everything suspension, brakes, etc..

Then I'll sell it, or turbo it. I'll decide by the time someone starts this thread next year.

The Red Nerk

-1987 325iS

-Brillianrot (it has been repainted when I bought it, so the colour might be off)

-Upgraded Suspension: Bilstein sport shocks, H&R Sport Springs, Eibach adjustable sway bars, new bushings
-Body and exterior: tinted windows, fix a couple floor pan holes (3 or 4 small holes nothing major), pseudo fixed holes behind rear wheels in the trunk, replaced trunk seal, repaird rain gutter system in front of the windshield
-Interior: redyed carpet, half done installing stereo system... still got rear speakers to mount and rig up the glovebox without masacring it with the dremel...

(ok thats enough... for now...)

-Things I need to do to it:
-Fix master clutch cylinder (I can`t move the damn thing )
-Fix power steering leak
-Fix windshield washer fluid pump
-Restore Leather seats
-complete stereo setup
-MOD A CUP HOLDER! (can`t drive to work without coffee)
-get rubber for my 16`wheels
-swap gas tank (see thread)
-new exhaust (thinking Remus)
-install stainless steel brake lines (while swapping gas tank for the rear brakes)
-Fix any steel brake lines if they`re almost rusted through

ok thats enough for one year.. right? I have way more plans then this... but baby steps, I`ve got a lot of spare parts in store for future projects... including engines

-I plan on using it to cruise to work in the summer, maybe get introduced to the track on open track day at cayuga for fun...

(ohh... and the picture was literally taken like 10 minute ago, there it is... at its point in time... the poor thing)

OH shit eh? My question is whether I should weld in a tower that I cut out of another car, or just patch this one. The rust hole isn't big, but there is surface rust around the tower.

(almost the only rust on the car)
