Best front end on an E34

I have gotten a bit bored of the E36 M3 front look on an E34...
What is the general opinion on a big front LIP? What lip is in this pic?

Hot or Not?

What lip is on this E34? and also, do you think that is a custom eyebrow or can it actually be ordered?

That's an ACS lip, with some add on on the bottom to make it lower. I dun like those eyelids.
