Removing the engine from the car, i did it like an Audi S4, removed all the front end. It's not that long on a prep track car by the way.

Here is what I did yesterday: custom 3" single pipe exhaust with turn down.

Should be loud

Lotta bling.

Why not turn the exhaust pipes up?

I'm going to guess he pointed them down to reduce noise in case of any noise restrictions.

I get that but, it screws up the airflow big time.

The S54 is an absurdly loud engine and i need to pass the noise restriction at LCMT and Calabogie.

Also, right now the CSL replica diffuser screws up the airflow 10x more since there is no more carbon filter and exhaust.

Almost ready to start the car, the exhaust is finish, custom headers installed, everything seems ok so far.

I also start to do the plates for the rollcage. Got the tube bender, tube notcher and dimple die, should start the cage next weekend!

I was supposed to take pictures but i installed everything in place and completely forgot...

It's the same headers i had last year but now it's a 2.5" tubing (instead of 2.25") from the collector with less bend like the Supersprint V1 and the O2 sensors doesn't touch the bellhousing anymore

Everything is mount on V-Band.
